Definitions:

I) Soldering Preparation: Prepare wires and electrical components for soldering

- Helping Hands: Hold wires up for easier soldering

- Wires: Connecting piece of components

- Wire strippers: Removes coating off the wire to expose the metal underneath

- Flux: Helps solder stick between two connecting wires

- Shrink Wrap/Electrical Tape: Cleans up the look of the soldered wires

- Electrical Components: Resistors, Capacitors, Microcontrollers, etc

- Wire Cutters: Snip the long legs off the ends of components

II) Soldering Material: To solder this equipment needs used with one in each hand

- Soldering Iron: Heats the solder up for mounting wires/components together

- Solder Wire/Roll: Used in conjunction with the iron to seal together wires to circuits

III) Around the Workspace: Keeps the iron clean, user safe, and helps remedy mistakes

- Brass Shavings/Wet Sponge: Cleans any excess solder from the soldering iron tip

- Fume Extractor: Removes fumes from area and keeps user safe
