What is Soldering?
Soldering is a joining process used to connect different types of metals together by melting solder.
Solder is a metal alloy typically made of tin and lead, which is melted using a hot iron heated to temperatures above 600 degrees
fahrenheit and cooled to create a strong electrical bond. Soldering can be used in many different ways such as for a hobby or for a job.
Below is a list including just some of the applications of soldering. However, this instruction manual will focus
on electronics soldering.
